GRANADALocated on the shores of Lake Nicaragua, Granada is the oldest city in Nicaragua, founded in 1524. Granada has been a center of commerce since the colonial era, frequently suffering from pirate attacks, and today is a major center for tourism development. Granada will provide a great background for CLAG NICA 2009, offering a wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and attractions, as well as easy access to many other regions of the country. |
